Positive: The apartment was spacious and had various amenities. It was located near a main road, making it easy to connect to other places. There was a grocery store right next door, and quite a few great restaurants, cafes, and other shops nearby. A big plus was the easy and quick communication via WhatsApp as well as the presence of air conditioning. It's OK for a short stay (if you don't have too many demands).
Negative: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the apartment. The photos do not accurately reflect its actual condition, which is not very good—there are significant signs of wear. The apartment was dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Many amenities listed in the offer were missing, including comforters, cleaning supplies/basic toiletries, a kettle, and even a frying pan. After reporting this, we received one comforter and a broken kettle. The staff member said we needed to buy our own cleaning supplies/toiletries (even though it was listed in the offer). It was also difficult to communicate with him, as the on-site staff, apart from those on the WhatsApp hotline, did not speak English. It was difficult to sleep here because the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Positive: Bottom line: Avoid This is an apartment in a new district of Istanbul with no retail around it. It's hard to convey in words just how "no retail" there is so I've attached photos. In order to get into the apartment you need a new smartphone that can use the app they ask you to use. My current phone (purchased early 2023) was too "old" but luckily I had a newer phone that I had recently purchased that I could download the app, swap the SIM and get the one time password to open the door. There is an indoor swimming pool but it's open to men and women on alternate days. There's a playground outside which is nice for children. The nearest restaurant for dinner is an Indian place 15 minutes walk away. You have to dodge traffic on a freeway offramp to get to it.
Negative: There is just no retail around the location. There's one grocery store and one place that sells rolls and coffee- but both are closed in the evenings. To get the code to open our apartment door took three hours and two cell phones from when I first asked management to send it to me. This location is suitable for individual travelers who would like some extra space, have a new phone and don't mind some adventures while living there.

Positive: Standard modern apartment with small bathroom and balcony (w/o seating arrangement). Spacious garaged parking with security entrance.
Negative: Difficulty with checking in as it requires to download some third party app, and requiring to receive an sms - might not be really suitable for international travelers. Although door entry via bluetooth was convenient. The apartment located by very busy highways/motorway, hard to sleep with open windows. The car is required as no restaurants around. The apartment was cleaned properly before our arrival. Dusted floors, and the shower was dirty as well. This is an apartment so you would expect to find basic necessities provided like washing up liquid, sponge and some towels to wipe the surface. No wine or beer openers neither. Small plates were only provided. No hand soap provided in the bathroom. There was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom.
